18th Century Montgomeryshire Antique Oak Dresser.

This is a beautiful, Welsh period oak, antique dresser of wonderful proportions and in excellent, original condition. The dresser base is in potboard form which incorporates three arches and the four front legs are chamfered. Above are three drawers all having the period brass ware handles. To the top are a bank of five spice drawwers with the moulded display / plate rack that sits on top. The rack has all the original brass hangining hooks, original corince and the feet on the rack aremore unusual than most. Originally from the Montgomeryshire area in Wales around 1770. A very good example, in super condition, a lovely colour and a neat size.
