18th Century Antique Period Oak Westmoreland Table.
A beautiful, period oak antique table that dates from the mid Georgian period. In very good original condition, this style of table which features a single drop leaf to one side, originates from the Westmoreland area, now Cumbria and the Lake District. In very good original condition, and the colour and patina on the table is wonderful.The turned oak table legs are connected by a square stretcher, there are pull our stops to support the single leaf which makes the table larger. Lovely to use as a period oak desk or small dining table, or just as a side table against a wall.
