Pair of Early 19th Century Antique Hepplewhite Armchairs
A beautiful pair of English country antique Hepplewhite style antique armchairs that are made in fruitwood with an lovely old paint finish. They feature pierced back splats with wheatsheaf carvings and a shaped top rail. They are an ample size and in very good, solid condition. They stand well on tapering, reeded front legs that finish on a spade foot. Both these early 19th century antique chairs have upholstered drop in seats pads. A beautiful, decorative pair of English painted Hepplewhite chairs.
