1920's Teak Garden Bench by Hughes Bolckow

A good quality, early 20th century solid teak garden bench seat, made by Hughes Bolckow the ship breakers at Blyth, Northumberland. Very well made using teak timbers taken from the HMS Powerful and then retailed through Heals of London in the late twenties. In very good condition, all solid and correct and the teak timber has weathered to a lovely silver colur. Complete with the large oval makers plaque.
