A wonderful large scale Georgian antique sandstone trough that is square in shape and deep enough inside at 53cm to take a substantial plant or tree. It is in amazing condition with no cracks or damage. Has a single drain hole in one side. Quite rare to find a square 18th century antique trough, very decorative, perfect for gardens, courtyards and fields, it is a great colour and has a lovely surface. English and dating to around 1740.
