Rare Large Staffordshire Antique Pouring Swan – Stamped

This is a very decorative, large and rare model of an antique Staffordshire swan by Dunn Bennett & Co Burslem around 1880. A wonderful design, intended for a country house banqueting table. The antique porcelain swan itself would have held drinks, gravy or soup which then tilts to pour/serve from its breast. Stands on its original, ornate cast iron antique base. In superb condition with no damage and stamped by the maker.
