Rare Pair of Original Low Back Georgian Antique Windsor Chairs

A wonderful early pair of English 18th century antique low back Windsor armchairs, totally original and with a three part arm. Very well made in solid ash that is a lovely colour, they both have very shapely, thick seats on four turned legs that are joined by H stretchers. They are both in excellent, solid condition, traditionally pegged and the perfect dining height. A comfortable model with spindle back rests and wide, flat arms. Lovely for two to still be together. Rare pair of Georgian antique Windsors, from the West Country originally around 1770.
